As of November 2024, updating the IMSI on your Smart SIM is no longer required. ​

Only change your IMSI settings if specifically instructed by the Support Team.

​ Got yourself a Smart SIM? Here’s how to update its IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) settings and make sure everything on your iPhone is set up correctly.

Tap on Mobile service &amp; and select your Smart SIM

Look for an option called SIM applications

*Tap on 22201 - Sparkle ​(You can confirm this has updated by seeing the asterisk (*) alongside it.)

Confirm Data Roaming is enabled on your new Smart SIM

You should now be able to connect to the other networks 🎉 

1. Tap on the Settings app
2. Tap on Mobile service &amp; and select your Smart SIM
3. Look for an option called SIM applications
4. Tap on Telnyx
5. Tap on IMSI Selection Menu
6. *Tap on 22201 - Sparkle ​(You can confirm this has updated by seeing the asterisk (*) alongside it.)
7. Confirm Data Roaming is enabled on your new Smart SIM
8. You should now be able to connect to the other networks 🎉
