How to troubleshoot WiFi Calling (Android)

A guide on how to troubleshoot and fix WIFI calling issues on your Android device

Weโ€™re really sorry that youโ€™re having trouble with WiFi calling. Itโ€™s usually set up automatically with Honest SIMs. if it's not the case then just follow the steps below to get things sorted.

Step-by-step guide ๐Ÿ”ข

  1. Confirm your Android phone supports WiFi calling

  2. Click on the Settings app

  3. Tap Network and Internet (depending on the handset, the name may vary slightly). If you can't find 'Network and Internet'

  4. Tap Mobile Network

  5. Tap Advanced

  6. Tap Access Point Names

  7. Click on the + button in the top right

  8. Type Honest into the 'Name' field

  9. In the 'APN' field please enter gamma (this is case sensitive and must be all lowercase)

  10. Tap on the three dots in the top right

  11. Tap Save

  12. You'll now need to select the APN to be used by clicking the circle next to the one we have just created called Honest ๐Ÿ™‚

  13. Test WIFI calling again
