Your voicemail automatically activates when you set up your SIM and works in three situations: when you're unavailable, don't have signal, or are already on a call.


Turning voicemail off or on πŸ”„

To turn off voicemail

Dial ##002# or ##004#

To turn it back on

Dial 00407782333123# or *004#

πŸ”” If you get an error message, dial 121 or press and hold 1 to access your voicemail first, then try again.


Accessing your voicemail 🎧

From your phone

Dial 121, 123 or press and hold 1 on your keypad

While abroad

Press and hold 1 to access voicemail

πŸ”” Set up a voicemail PIN before travelling to access messages abroad

From another phone

  1. Dial +44 7782 333 123

  2. Follow the voice prompts

  3. Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted


Setting up your PIN πŸ”

  1. Dial 121 or press and hold 1

  2. Follow the prompts: Press 4 > 2 > 1

  3. Set up your PIN when prompted


Changing ring time ⏱️

To adjust how long your phone rings before going to voicemail dial: 6112111*XX#

Replace XX with seconds (5-30 in 5-second intervals):

  • 5 seconds: 05

  • 10 seconds: 10

  • 15 seconds: 15

  • 20 seconds: 20

  • 25 seconds: 25

  • 30 seconds: 30


Live Voicemail for iOS 🍎

With the introduction of Live Voicemail with iOS 18, you can view and listen to voicemails directly on your iPhone if this feature is enabled.

To access your live voicemails:

  1. Open the Phone app.

  2. Select Voicemail to see, play, or delete messages stored on your device.

Please note: If your phone is off or has no signal when a voicemail is received, the message will be stored on the network. You will need to call 121 or 123 to retrieve it.

Turning Live Voicemail On/Off

To manage Live Voicemail settings:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Apps > Phone > Live Voicemail.

  3. Toggle Live Voicemail on or off as needed.
