To move your phone number to us, you’ll need to get a PAC code from your current network. Most networks make this pretty tough by asking you to phone them up at which point their sales team will try and persuade you to stay. To keep things as simple as possible, we’ve done the hard work for you and got all the contact details for the big networks and popped them below.
You can also simply text “PAC” to 65075 - it’s free!

At Honest we keep things simple - you can request your PAC in the Honest app - just click on the SIIM you want to request a PAC for then scroll down and click Get PAC
PAC Code Tips
Getting a PAC code is free, and every network has to give you one if you ask for one and are outside your minimum contract period
Your PAC code is only valid for 30 days
We recommend you use it within 26 days because it’s not possible to transfer numbers at weekends or on bank holidays
If you don’t use your PAC code, most networks will just assume you changed your mind and your account will stay open and you’ll still be charged for services
If you decide not to use your PAC code but still want to cancel your contract, please let your current network know
