To transfer your number to Honest you will need a PAC code. Once you have your PAC code you can provide it to us and choose your transfer date either during the activation process or later on through the app. Please note that your PAC code is only valid for 30 days.
We offers two types of SIMs: Classic SIMs and Smart SIMs. Classic SIMs support voice, SMS, and data , making them suitable for number transfers. In contrast, Smart SIMs are data-only and do not support number transfers.
How to transfer your number
If you're activating your SIM
Log into the Honest Mobile app using the same email address that you used to order your SIM
Enter the last 4 digits of number on the back of your SIM
Click next
Choose to transfer your number
Follow the instructions to get your PAC code and choose your transfer date
Note: The steps above apply specifically to Classic SIMs since number transfers cannot be performed with Smart SIMs.

When can I transfer my number?
Transfers can only take place Monday to Friday and won't happen on a Bank Holiday either. As long as you provide your request by 5pm, we can transfer your number the next working day or you can choose any other day prior to the expiry of your PAC code. Number transfers occur within a time window, generally between 8 AM to 8 PM
How long does the transfer take?
On the day you choose to transfer generally it’s instant but in some cases there can be a couple of hours where your phone might be without service - it’s less than 1% of cases - but good to bear in mind when choosing which day you would like to transfer your number over. we'll monitor the transfer process and will notify you as soon as it’s complete.
