Avoid bill shock and large roaming charges with Honest Mobile. Here's everything you need to know about charges for using your phone when you roam.
EU roaming 🇪🇺
We give you 5 days of free EU roaming, each and every trip. After 5 days, you'll pay £2/day to use your phone in the EU. These 5 free days are applied automatically for each trip you take as soon as you connect to a mast abroad. Read our EU roaming FAQs here.
While roaming in the EU you can use your normal data allowance, with different caps depending on your plan:
Unlimited plan users: Up to a maximum of 20GB per month.
4GB and 10GB plans: You can use your full data allowance abroad.
Will every trip I take to the EU include five days of free EU roaming?
Yes. Your first 5 days will be on us, then you’ll pay £2/day for the rest of your trip. We’ll reset your allowance when you get back to the UK, ready for your next adventure.

How much data can I use in the EU?

World Travel 🌎
When outside the UK and EU we have a daily price cap, so you can relax knowing you won’t rack up a huge bill whilst travelling 🧘. To find out more about our standard roaming charges and World Travel bundle head to the Going Abroad page of the Honest website here.
We’ll charge you based on our standard roaming charges until you hit the daily price cap.
If you hit the cap, you unlock our roaming bundle that gives you a set number of minutes, messages and data for the rest of the day.
To help you avoid large roaming bills, you’ll only ever be charged a maximum of the daily price cap each day.
Only send the odd text abroad? You'll only pay for what you use.
Use your phone a lot? Your costs are fixed.
