When outside the UK and EU we have a daily price cap, so you can relax knowing you won’t rack up a huge bill whilst travelling 🧘

We’ll charge you based on our standard roaming charges until you hit the daily price cap.

If you hit the cap, you unlock our roaming bundle that gives you a set number of minutes, messages and data for the rest of the day.

To help you avoid large roaming bills, you’ll only ever be charged a maximum of the daily price cap each day.

Only send the odd text abroad? You'll only pay for what you use.

Use your phone a lot? Your costs are fixed.

Our EU roaming policy from 1st June 2024 gives you 5 days of free EU roaming per trip. After 5 days, you'll pay £2/day to use your phone in the EU. Read our EU roaming FAQs here.

While roaming in the EU you can also use your normal data allowance, up to a maximum of 20GB /month for those on our unlimited plan. You can check out which countries are included in our EU zone here.
