Steps to help getting started with your Smart SIM

Got your hands on a new Smart SIM? Follow the steps below to get set up.

Step-by-step guide 🔢

  1. Add the Smart SIM QR code, scanning it using the camera of the phone you want to use the Smart SIM on. If you've only got one phone to hand, follow this guide to add it manually.

    The Smart SIM can take up to an hour to install on the phone.
    ​

  2. Enable Data Roaming on the SIM
    ​

  3. Check out the guides on setting the Smart SIM as your Primary or Backup SIM

There's no need to manually change any APNs for the Smart SIM – this should all be done automatically.
