Paying a missed or overdue bill instantly brings your account back up to date. If your service was suspended due to non-payment, it will be reactivated shortly after the payment goes through (this can take up to 30 minutes once paymet has been made).
📲 Step by step: Pay a missed bill
To pay a missed or overdue bill using the Honest app:
Open the Honest app
Tap the user icon in the top-left corner
Tap My bills
Choose the bill you want to pay
Update your payment method if necessary
Tap Pay now
❓What happens next?
Once the payment is successful, your balance will be cleared and your service will be restored. Service reactivation typically takes around 20-30 minutes to fully process (if it was suspended). 🎉
