📲 Step by step: Changing your plan
To change the plan you're on using the Honest app:
Open the Honest app
Tap SIMs from the bottom navigation bar
→ Or tap this link to go straight there
Tap on the Classic SIM you'd like to adjust the plan for
Tap on My Plan
Click on the relevant plan that you'd like to swap to
Confirm the change by pressing Confirm Plan
❓What happens next?
When you've selected your plan, we'll process this change in the background and update everything. You'll get a pro-rated amount of data for your how long through the month you are already. Changes to any plans can take up to 30 minutes to fully process and finalise.
