Ready to get your new SIM up and running? Here's a quick guide to help you activate it in no time

Download the Honest app using the article <a href="https://intercom.help/honest-mobile/en/articles/9464738-how-to-get-started-with-the-honest-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>

Sign up/login with the same email address you used to order the SIM

Tap on the SIM you want to activate

Enter the last 4 numbers on the back of your SIM (if you're using an eSIM you'll have this info in the email we sent you)

Tap on Transfer your number or choose a new one

- If you’re transferring your number, make sure you have your PAC code ready (you can get this from your previous provider).
- Enter the PAC code when prompted in the app to transfer your number.
- If you’re choosing a new number, select the option for a new number and proceed.

Enable/disable roaming outside the UK and EU.

Set your bill cap if needed to avoid unexpected charges.

Double-check your details and activate your SIM.

Insert your SIM and wait for your number to transfer or use your new one.

5. Tap on Transfer your number or choose a new one

6. Confirm or change your plan if needed.
7. Enable/disable roaming outside the UK and EU.
8. Set your bill cap if needed to avoid unexpected charges.
9. Double-check your details and activate your SIM.
10. Insert your SIM and wait for your number to transfer or use your new one.

- Grab a cuppa! Activations can take up to an hour, so sit back, relax, and we’ll get everything set up for you.
- Check your settings! If your APN settings aren’t quite right, it can cause issues with data, so make sure everything’s looking good.
