Content controls are automatically switched on to block adult content on our Classic SIMs. To turn them off, we need to confirm you're over 18, it only takes a minute.
Steps to verify your age 🔞
Open the Honest Mobile app
Tap SIMs in the bottom navigation
Choose the SIM you want to update
Tap Adult content
Tap Verify age
Choose how you'd like to verify your age (e.g. with a valid form of ID)
Follow the steps shown in the app

We'll verify your documents. Once your age is verified you'll get a notification in your Honest app that you can toggle content control on and off..
