Your voicemail comes into play in three key situations; you're unavailable, you don't have signal and when you're on the phone.
Voicemail is automatically switched on when you activate your SIM.
Turning Voicemail Off or On
To turn off voicemail, dial ##002# or ##004#.
To turn it back on, dial 004*07782333123# or *004#.
If you receive an error message when attempting to turn off voicemail, dial 121 or press and hold 1 to access your voicemail, then try again.
Accessing Your Voicemail
Dial 121 or 123 from your phone to connect to your voicemail.
Alternatively, press and hold 1 on your phone’s keypad.
Accessing Voicemail While Abroad
When travelling abroad, press and hold 1 to access your voicemail.
Please note: You must set up a voicemail PIN before travelling to access messages while abroad.
Accessing Voicemail From Another Phone
If you need to access your voicemail from a different phone:
Dial +44 7782 333 123.
Follow the voice prompts.
Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted.
Setting Up a Voicemail PIN
Dial 121 or press and hold 1.
Follow the prompts: Press 4 > 2 > 1.
Set up your PIN when prompted.
🍏 iOS - Live Voicemail
With the introduction of Live Voicemail with iOS 18, you can view and listen to voicemails directly on your iPhone if this feature is enabled.
To access your live voicemails:
Open the Phone app.
Select Voicemail to see, play, or delete messages stored on your device.
Please note: If your phone is off or has no signal when a voicemail is received, the message will be stored on the network. You will need to call 121 or 123 to retrieve it.
🍏 iOS - Turning Live Voicemail On/Off
To manage Live Voicemail settings:
Go to Settings.
Select Apps > Phone > Live Voicemail.
Toggle Live Voicemail on or off as needed.
