⚠️ Due to Apple’s restrictions, Personal Hotspots on iPhone only works within the UK.
It isn’t currently available when roaming abroad or on iPad devices.
📲 Step by step: iOS troubleshooting
Restart your iPhone (hold the side + volume button, slide to power off, then turn it back on)
Go to Settings → Personal Hotspot and switch it on
Go to Settings → Mobile Data and make sure it's on
Go to Settings → Battery and turn Low Power Mode off
Turn WiFi off on your iPhone
Turn Bluetooth on on your iPhone
Turn WiFi on for the device you're trying to connect
Go to Settings → Personal Hotspot and check your WiFi password
Check your APN settings using our APN guide
Turn Airplane Mode on for 5 minutes, then turn it off again
Open the Honest app to check if you’ve run out of data
❓What happens next?
After you've completed the steps above you should be able to connect to your hotspot on your device and allow the connected device to use your Honest data.
