To enable EU+ roaming for the Classic SIM you're using using the Honest app:
Open the Honest app
Tap SIMs from the bottom navigation bar
→ Or tap this link to go straight thereTap on the Classic SIM you'd like to adjust the plan for
Tap on Roaming
Tap EU+ roaming
Toggle EU+ roaming to on
