Canceling your Honest Mobile account and SIM is straightforward if you follow the correct steps. Start by contacting Honest Mobile support with your intention to cancel, and specify whether you want immediate termination or the cancellation to sync with your billing cycle.
If you really want to go, you can request a PAC or STAC code within the app and also give 30 days notice if you just want your contract to end. You can also text PAC to 65075.Additionally, ensure your request specifies when you would like the cancellation to take effect. If no date is provided, the default will be to end at the conclusion of your billing cycle.
Your PAC is valid for 30 days and we'll close the account and issue a final bill on the day your number moves away.
Once you've stopped using your Honest SIM you should remove any data profiles that were installed on your phone. For eSIM users, you can deactivate the eSIM by deleting it directly from your device.
The most important thing is to make sure you've set all the SIMs on your account to cancel in the Honest app.
