Uninstall the Smart SIM from Your Old Phone (if accessible): Before setting up your Smart SIM on a new device, uninstall or delete the Smart SIM profile from your previous phone. This helps keep your records organized and prevents conflicts. If your old phone is lost or inaccessible, proceed directly to the next step.
Locate Your QR Code: The QR code needed to add the Smart SIM is included in the initial email sent when you first received your Smart SIM. Search your inbox for the email and ensure you have the QR code ready.
Scan the QR Code to Activate the Smart SIM: Open the eSIM setup option on your new phone and scan the QR code from the initial email. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.
Complete Activation: Once the SIM is added to your phone, it’s ready to use 🎉.
