Delete the Smart SIM from your phone:
Head into your phone settings and remove or delete the existing Smart SIM profile. This clears the way for a clean install.Find your original QR code:
Check your inbox for the email we sent when you first set up your Smart SIM — it includes your unique QR code. Can’t find it? We can resend it.Re-scan the QR code:
On your phone, go to the eSIM setup section and scan your QR code again. Follow the setup steps on your screen.Finish setup and turn roaming back on (if needed):
Once the Smart SIM is added, check that data roaming is turned on and your phone is using the right SIM for mobile data.

Can I reuse the same QR code?
Yes, but only on one device at a time. If you're reinstalling on the same device or moving to a new one, the same QR code should work — unless it’s been used too many times. If that happens, we’ll send you a fresh one.
