Your voicemail comes into play in three situations:
when you're unavailable
when you don't have signal
when you're on the phone
Voicemail is automatically switched on when you activate your SIM
To change whether your voicemail is on follow these steps:
Turn off voicemail dial ##002# or ##004#
To set it back up dial **004*07782333123# or *004#
If you receive an error message when trying to turn your voicemail off please dial 121 or hold down 1 to access your voicemail and then try again
