If you’re using a Smart SIM on an iPhone, you will need to turn off Private Relay (part of iCloud+) to access certain Apple apps, including Safari, Apple Mail, and Apple Weather.

Select iCloud
Select Private Relay
Toggle Private Relay off
The Smart SIM will continue to allow access to other approved apps while Private Relay is enabled. Turning it off is only necessary to use the Apple apps listed above.
