If you’re using Smart SIM on an Apple device, you’ll need to turn off Private Relay to access our in-app test page.

Apple Private Relay encrypts internet traffic, creating potential issues for Smart SIM and it's data connections. This can interfere with app functionality, as the SIM already provides encryption, making Private Relay redundant in this case.

🔢 Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Settings

  2. Click on your name

  3. Select iCloud

  4. Select Private Relay

  5. Tap to turn it off

The Smart SIM will allow access to the approved apps with Private Relay enabled, this is just needed to use our test page.
