ℹ️ What happens when you switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM?
You're moving from a physical SIM card to a digital eSIM, so you no longer need a card in your phone. This makes setup faster and lets you easily switch phones in future. Once switched, your physical SIM will stop working and your eSIM will take over your number and plan.
📲 Step by step: Switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM
To switch to an eSIM:
Get in touch with us to request an eSIM
We’ll email you:
A QR code to install your new eSIM
A 4-digit SIM code
Let us know the 4-digit SIM code from the email so we can activate it for you
Once confirmed, open your phone’s Settings and scan the QR code to install the eSIM
