Cancelling your Smart SIM

If you're on our monthly plan

  • Open the Honest Mobile App

  • Tap the 'SIMs' section and select your Smart SIM.

  • Select 'Cancel SIM'

  • Your SIM will cancel at the end of the current month, and you'll have no further charges.

If you're on our annual plan

  • Open the Honest Mobile App

  • Tap the 'SIMs' section and select your Smart SIM.

  • Select 'Cancel SIM'

  • Your SIM will cancel at the end of your 12 month period, and you'll have no further charges.
