Firstly, we never want to see anyone go. If there's anything we can do to help, please reach out to us via the Help section of the app.

If you've firmly decided it's time to go - the key question is do you want to keep your mobile number?

If you want to keep your number with another network

  • You need to get your PAC, which is a unique code for your number. You can get this by texting PAC to 65075, or in our App, selecting your SIM and then selecting 'Get PAC'.

  • Once you have your PAC, your new provider will ask for this when you order and activate your SIM with them.

  • They'll agree a transfer date with you, and they'll contact us directly to cancel your SIM with Honest.

  • We'll update your cancellation date, and if relevant send a final bill.

If you don't want to keep your number

  • Open the Honest app

  • Tap SIMs in the bottom navigation bar

  • Tap on the SIM card you want to cancel

  • Scroll down to the LEAVE section

  • Tap Cancel SIM

  • Review the cancellation information and commitment end date

  • Select the reason for cancelling from the list

  • Tap Cancel my SIM to confirm

If you decide afterwards that you would like to keep the number (but before the actual cancellation date) you can still use a PAC code - however be sure this completes prior to the cancellation date.

โ“What happens next?

Your SIM cancellation request is now processed on the agreed date and:

  • Your service will end on the scheduled date

  • Your phone number will be permanently lost unless you've arranged a transfer using a PAC.

  • You'll lose access to all services associated with this SIM

  • Any remaining commitment will be fulfilled according to your contract terms

If you have a Smart SIM as well - you will also need to cancel this. This follows a very similar process - with a full guide here.
