This guide is for Classic SIMs, if you've got a Smart SIM please check out this guide

So you’ve downloaded the app, logged in, and got your new SIM locked and loaded. You go to access the internet and… nothing 🥲

Don’t panic — you just need to change a couple of settings to get connected. You’ll be back to watching cat videos on your break before you know it. This guide is for standard Honest SIMs, if you've got a Smart SIM please check out this guide

Steps 🔢

  1. Open the Settings App on your iPhone ⚙️

  2. Click on Mobile Service or Mobile Data 📶

  3. Select your Honest Mobile SIM under SIMs if you have multiple📱

  4. Click on Mobile Data Network 🔧

  5. Make sure the top line (called APN) says gamma (if it says three.co.uk, delete that and enter gamma) ✍️

  6. Restart your phone 🔄
