If you don't have data it will probably be for one of two reasons:
1. You've run out of data for the month
Have you had a text message and notification from us to say you've run out of data, or does the app say you've got no data left? If so, we will have blocked your data to stop you incurring usage charges which are much higher in cost than simply upgrading your plan. You can re-enable data by upgrading to a higher use plan.
2. You've got data left, but it doesn't seem to be working
If you still have data left in your account but can not access the web or anything requiring your data then there are 2 common ways to resolve this:
Restart of the phone: Sounds silly, but this can help remove any gremlins and get you back on track.
APN settings: Sometimes software update on phones can change your internet settings incorrectly. The APN acts as a gateway to the internet, so it needs to be set correctly for your data to connect. Here's a guide below on how to check

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap Mobile Service or Mobile Data
Select your Honest Mobile SIM under the SIMs section (if you have multiple SIMs)
Tap Mobile Data Network
Look at the top line labeled APN
If it says
three.co.uk
, delete it and enter:gamma
If it already says
gamma
, you’re good to go
Click the back button in the top left
Restart your iPhone to apply the changes
❓What happens next?
Your iPhone will now use the updated APN settings to connect your Honest Classic SIM to mobile data. This should get your internet working again. If you’re still having issues, double check your settings above.
