Update Your Device
Before testing your Smart SIM, update your phones software settings to make sure the SIM can connect properly.
iOS Setup
Follow these steps on your iPhone:
Turn on Data Roaming
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options
Toggle Data Roaming on
โThis ensures your Smart SIM can access data networksTurn off iCloud Private Relay (if using iCloud+)
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Private Relay
Toggle Private Relay off
โPrivate Relay can block connections used by the Smart SIMTurn off any VPNs
Disable any VPN app or profile on your device
โVPNs can interfere with Smart SIM trafficDisconnect all other connections
Turn off WiFi
Remove or disable other SIM cards
