There is a quick and easy test you can run to make sure your Smart SIM is set up and working properly.
Using the in-app test 📲
Open the app and log in.
From the home screen, tap on your Smart SIM, or go to your SIM list and select it.
Tap Run Diagnostics.
If you haven’t set up your SIM yet, go through the Set Up SIM process instead.
Follow each step in the checklist:
Turn off any WiFi connections
Turn off any active VPNs
Make sure you’re connected to your Smart SIM
Once all steps are done, tap Test Connection.
If the test completes successfully, your Smart SIM should be up and running 🎉
Using the backup test page
Disable Wi-Fi and any other SIMs, so only the Smart SIM’s mobile data is active.
Open a browser and go to https://smartsim.honestmobile.com.
Look for a ✅ or ❌ indicator.
What the results mean
If you see a ✅
You are all connected and ready to use the Smart SIM supported apps
If you see a ❌
Then it's likely you're still connected to another SIM, WiFI or the page has saved. Please double-check there are no other active connections and try to reload the test again.
