There's a few handy tests you can do to make sure your Smart SIM is working.
Using the in-app test π²
Once logged into the app. Tap on the SIMs tab from the bottom menu
Tap on your Smart SIM
Scroll down and tap on Test your Smart SIM
Go through each step and complete each task so you see a β
Turning off any VPNs
Turning off any WiFi connections
Ensure you're connected to the Smart SIM
When all β are complete, tap on the Test your Smart SIM button
Once complete, your Smart SIM should be working

Using the backup test page
Turn off all other SIMs except your Smart SIM on your device.
Disable Wi-Fi and any other SIMs so only the Smart SIMβs mobile data is active.
Open a browser and go to https://smartsim.honestmobile.com.
Look for a β or β indicator.
What the results mean
If you see a β
You are all connected and ready to use the Smart SIM supported apps
If you see a β
Then it's likely you're still connected to another SIM, WiFI or the page has saved. Please double-check there are no other active connections and try to reload the test again.
