There's a few handy steps you can take to make sure your Smart SIM is working. Please follow the steps below to test if your Smart SIM is up and running πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Steps πŸ”’

  1. Check that Data Roaming is enabled on your Smart SIM in your phone settings

  2. Make sure Private Relay (for iOS) and Private DNS (for Android) are disabled in your phone settings

  3. Disable all other connections on your phone (WIFI/other SIMs)

  4. This will load a page that will show you if the Smart SIM is connected with either a ❌ or a βœ…
    ​

    1. If you see a βœ… please move onto the step 6

    2. If you see an ❌ this means that there might be another connection being used so please double check all other connections are disabled and load the page again
      ​

  5. Make sure you are using a supported app from the list here
