📲 Step by step: Cancel your SIM
To cancel your SIM and end your service with Honest:
Open the Honest app
Tap SIMs in the bottom navigation bar
Tap on the SIM card you want to cancel
Scroll down to the LEAVE section
Tap Cancel SIM
Review the cancellation information and commitment end date
Tap Set cancellation for [your end date here] i
Select the reason for cancelling from the list
Tap Cancel my SIM to confirm
❓What happens next?
Your SIM cancellation request is now processed and:
Your service will end on the scheduled date
Your phone number will be permanently lost unless you requested a PAC code beforehand
You'll lose access to all services associated with this SIM
Any remaining commitment will be fulfilled according to your contract terms
