Once you've set your number to transfer, we’ll send you an email the morning of the transfer to remind you.
Your number will transfer between 8am and 8pm, although almost all transfers complete between around 11am and 4pm.
As your number transfers, your old SIM will likely lose signal and your Honest SIM will switch phone number.
You may experience a short period where you can't receive calls or texts.
Your data is unlikely to work whilst your number is transferring.
If your transfer isn’t complete by 4pm, please get in touch with us so we can have a look into everything and make sure there's no issues.

Patience is key – Transfers can sometimes take a little longer depending on network conditions. If the number hasn't transferred by 4pm, it’s always a good idea to check in with us!
