Once you've set your number to transfer, we'll send you an email the morning of the transfer just to remind you.
Your number will transfer between 8am and 8pm, although almost all complete between around 11am and 4pm. As your number transfers you'll find your old SIM will likely lose signal and your Honest SIM will switch phone number. You may find that during the course of the day you can't receive calls or texts for a short period. Your data is unlikely to work on the day that your number is transferring.
