If you've got a new phone (or are switching back to an older one) and need to move your eSIM across, you're in the right place.
Before you start 📍
Check compatibility: Your new phone must support eSIM (most recent iPhones and many Androids do — but it’s worth confirming).
One phone at a time: An eSIM can only be active on one device. You’ll need a replacement eSIM to switch.
Requesting your new eSIM ✉️
eSIM transfers aren’t self-serve yet, but we’ll get you set up quickly.
To request your new eSIM, just speak to one of our Customer Support team via:

Email us directly
We’ll send you an email with your new eSIM QR code and guide you through the final steps.
Installing your eSIM on your new phone 📲
Once you’ve received the replacement eSIM email:
On your new phone, open the camera or settings.
Scan the QR code we sent you.
Follow the on-screen prompts to add your eSIM.
Send us the 4-digit code (from your eSIM email) so we can finalise the swap.
The process will take around 20 minutes for your new SIM to go live.
Troubleshooting 🔧
Can’t scan the QR code? Use the manual install details included at the bottom of your email.
Can’t find the email? Check your Junk/Spam folder just in case.
