How to activate your eSIM

To get started with your eSIM you both need to activate it within your phone's settings and also within the Honest Mobile app, follow the steps below to get started.

Step-by-step guide 🔢

  1. Order your SIM card on our website and make sure to select the eSIM option.

  2. You'll receive an email with your new eSIM in - this is in the form of a QR code. You'll also be sent a SIM code, keep this handy

  3. Scan this using your phone's camera, and follow your phone's instructions

  4. Log in to the Honest mobile app to complete activation, you'll then need to use the 4 digits of the SIM code from your email confirmation.

  5. Follow the instructions within the app and voila, your eSIM is ready to go!

  6. To start using data on your phone - you need to follow these steps.
