The Smart SIM will work with Private Relay enabled, but we may ask you to turn this off during troubleshooting to access our Test Page - This will only connect correctly with Private Relay off.
Here's a guide on how to do that:
Open Settings
Click on your name
Select iCloud
Select Private Relay
Tap to turn it off.
