So you've got a brand new phone and want to bring your Smart SIM across? Follow the steps below and you'll have it transferred in no time.

Step-by-step guide 🔢

  1. Delete the Smart SIM from your old device

  2. Find the email we sent you with your Smart SIM QR code

  3. Re-scan this code

  4. The Smart SIM will then be added to your new phone 🎉

Once the Smart SIM has been moved across, you may need to adjust your IMSI. You can do that following the steps here
