To delete the Smart SIM from your old device:
Open your phone's Settings.
Go to Mobile Service or eSIM Management.
Select the Smart SIM profile to delete.
Tap Delete eSIM and confirm the deletion.
Find the email we sent you with your Smart SIM QR code.
Re-scan this code by navigating to Mobile Service > Add eSIM > Scan QR Code in your phone's settings.
The Smart SIM will then be added to your new phone 🎉 Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
